SmartManager Troubleshooting
I’m trying to add my SmartBench to SmartDashboard, but it isn’t recognised.

Console must be running v2.0.0 or later

When you enter your console hostname into SmartDashboard, it must be perfect.

Check all characters are lower-case

Watch out for similar characters e.g.
-
number “1” and letter “l”, or

number “0” and letter “o”

Check you have a good Wi-Fi connection (check the Wi-Fi connection symbol at the bottom left of the console).

After checking the preceding items, reboot the console.
