Patched the end of the tuning process to prevent the final stages from repeating unnecessarily.

Ensure machine pause is set to false when stripped down form of file streaming (skeleton buffer stuffer) is called
Integrated production tools

Serial comms module needed the yp object in order to not crash, which affected production jigs. Set up functions to check for existence of yp object before checking or setting its attributes.

Increased default current setting in ZHQC and added functionality to set Y current.

Refactored current setting functions for better readability.
