New support features
System Tools > Support
The new “Support” button in the System Tools app takes users to a menu where they can access tools they may need when going through customer support.
This Support menu currently contains the “Download Logs” feature and the “Get Pika” feature.
Get Pika
A small number of users have had issues with SmartManager being unable to find the hostname for their SmartBench.
This issue is caused by a package not being installed properly during the update.

The package install failure may happen due to a poor internet connection, or due to power loss during the update. Please DO NOT restart SmartBench while it is updating, unless it tells you to do so. The update to v2.0.0 and above will take longer than previous updates. |
While we fix this issue, users can reinstall Pika (the package needed to connect to SmartManager) from the System Tools Support menu.
When you press the Get Pika button, the Console will automatically reinstall Pika, and then will reboot.
Patches

Some users experienced lag when selecting the Wi-Fi app, as it would look for networks when it was being opened. This has now been fixed.

Italian translation of “Processing” changed to “Elaboriazione”.

All beta languages (i.e. those that have not yet been checked and approved) are now accessible from the beta testing screen.

Do not change the language settings on your Console to a beta language unless you have been instructed to do so by Yeti Tool Ltd. The translations have not been approved, and may contain inaccurate warnings and potentially dangerous safety information. |
