This release just contains a patch to improve spindle safety. |
Lowered default spindle cooldown RPM, and added override functionality
The default spindle cooldown RPM has been lowered to 12,000 RPM for YETI spindles, and 10,000 RPM for AMB spindles.
If you previously set a custom value for the spindle cooldown RPM, you will need to set it again to override the new default settings. You can go to the Maintenance app to do this.
If you want to restore the spindle settings to their default values, select your spindle from the dropdown menu.

Please note that the screen might not know to update automatically if you re-select the same value from the dropdown menu - you may need to select a different menu item, and then re-select the original spindle to force it to update. |
